The Lyra Referral Program is an on-chain referral program within the Lyra Protocol. It allows on-chain accounts to refer trades from other on-chain accounts and earn a share of the referred trading fees as rewards. The rewards are tiered based on the account's staked LYRA balance and their verification status. Token holders have the ability to update reward rates and tier conditions through an off-chain token vote. The Grants Committee, responsible for funding public goods for the Lyra Protocol, verifies and approves referrer accounts to higher tiers.
