No, you do not need to get your Kudos approved before issuing them. Once you are onboarded as an admin, you can mint a Kudos for anyone, at any time, with any look. There is no review process for the NFTs you give out to your community.
Yes, MintKudos covers all the gas fees associated with minting and claiming Kudos tokens on the Polygon chain. Users do not need to worry about buying MATIC in order to use MintKudos.
If you received a Kudos containing false information, the recommended action is to not claim the incorrect Kudos. This is because claiming an incorrect Kudos devalues the authenticity of your current collection and promotes bad actors. However, the decision ultimately lies with you as it is your wallet and your choice.
The contribution is minted as a Soulbound (non-transferable) token to add a community-verified record of the work onto a bulletin board for everyone to admire. This ensures that the record of the contribution is authentic and cannot be bought or sold.
