In traditional liquidity pools, rewards for providing liquidity often go to pools that are not being used much. Skydrome aims to fix this by letting token holders vote on how rewards are shared, directing them to markets that generate more fees. This helps both token owners and liquidity providers, fixing inefficiencies and creating better earning opportunities.
Users who hold $veSKY tokens get to choose which pools get emissions each period by voting their preferred pools. The more votes a pool gets, the more $SKY rewards it receives. In return for voting, people get 100% of the trading fees and other benefits earned by the pool they voted for.
The fees concurred will be the original tokens used for the transaction. The current fee structure for stable and variable liquidity pools are 0.02% and 0.25%, respectively.
